These Terms govern use of the Website. If you later enter into a separate written agreement for a truck purchase, the terms of that agreement govern the transaction to the extent they differ from this general website information. Nothing here removes rights that cannot legally be waived.

2. What the Website Offers

EasyTruckBuyer invites owners, owner-operators, businesses, and fleet sellers to submit information about trucks for possible evaluation. The Website explains our general process and provides contact and truck inquiry forms.

Website content and the ability to send an inquiry do not constitute a binding offer to purchase a truck, a guaranteed valuation, or a promise that a transaction will take place. Truck inquiries are reviewed individually.

3. Evaluations, Offers, and Acceptance

We may ask for a truck’s year, make, model, mileage, condition, location, photos, title status, and other details needed to understand the vehicle. Additional documents, clarification, or an inspection may be requested where appropriate.

Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee that EasyTruckBuyer will make an offer or purchase any vehicle. If an offer is made, the seller may review the proposed terms before deciding whether to proceed. Any agreed purchase may require additional verification, documentation, and mutually accepted transaction terms.

Prices, payment methods, payment timing, pickup dates, and the availability of a particular transaction are not promised by the Website unless specifically agreed for that transaction.

4. Free Towing and Vehicle Collection

EasyTruckBuyer offers free towing with accepted truck purchases. This benefit does not mean that the Website provides free towing for any truck submitted for evaluation or for inquiries that do not result in a purchase.

If a purchase is accepted, collection details are coordinated for that transaction. Access, truck location, physical condition, equipment needs, and other practical factors may affect those arrangements. No universal collection deadline is promised.

5. Your Information and Authority to Sell

You agree to submit information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and to update material details if circumstances change. Describe known mechanical defects, damage, missing parts, lien information, title concerns, and whether the vehicle runs or can be moved.

You must have authority to submit information about a truck and, if a sale proceeds, the legal right or authorization required to transfer it. Sending truck information alone does not establish ownership or resolve liens, title defects, or other transfer requirements.

Do not upload another person’s sensitive information without authorization. Do not include Social Security numbers, payment card details, or banking credentials in ordinary Website inquiry fields.

6. Contact and Communications

When you submit an inquiry, you ask us to review and respond to that inquiry using the contact details you provide. We may use the requested channel to ask follow-up questions or discuss a potential transaction.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Website access and general information are provided without a warranty that they will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose.

This section does not limit express obligations contained in any separate signed purchase agreement or rights protected by applicable consumer laws.

11. Liability and Your Legal Rights
